   I requested the limit increase for my Netscapecard from Citibank USA and it hasn't been increased for over two years and they increased from $9k to 12k. I thought they're not going to pull credit report and they pulled hard inquiry from my TU.

   Congratulation!. Mine (citi USA-Quicken ) was increased from 14 to 18.6K at the six months
   mark. I had to call and request the increase.
