I screwed up. EQ keeps verifying SLMA and then I look to find that the same student loan is listed THREE times. as CHASE00000XXXXX, SLMA (my SS as acct#), and ISAC 10000XXXXX. I just emailed customer care and said you listed a derogatory acct twice. I didn't realize till I hit send what I said. And on top of that, one of the three is listed as a *positive* acct. I'm so screwed.
don't worry, from my experiance customer service never reads anything all they see is bla bla bla and decide which button to push sometimes you are the windshield, sometimes the bug.
By listing dupes, my score went from 650 to 624. Man I was *HOT* when I saw that!! It's hard for my scores to climb, b/c I got listed on my mom's card as an AU and she's at 76% util! All my cards are so new my history would only be 2 yrs when the earliest of those dupes drop off in late 2004 (since I paid, the others would take till 2009!!). Well there's still EXP and TU. Trina
