It seems I never get my monthly Chase bill in a reasonable amount of time. I've only had the card for about 9 months, and there have been at least 4 of those months where I had to send in a payment before I got my statement, to make sure the payment would get in on time. I'm paranoid and I think they are trying to get me to make late payments so they can charge me. Has anyone else experienced this problem with Chase? Other creditors? I've never had this much trouble receiving statements from my other creditors. -ingenue
My Chase paper bill arrives always 7 days after closing day. But I really don't care about it because I pay online and the payment amount have been credited usually within 2 business days.
