Hi I just applied for an AMEX BLUE CASH card and received instant confirmation! (BIG thanks to all here at CN who have helped me..in DEC 2002, my scores were around 570's, now all 3 FICOs around 725-745) My question is, I was approved for $2500, and I will be happy with that for the time being, but I have heard of people here calling to request a CL increase soon after getting the card. Is there a special number to call? or time to make that call? thanks
Before you activiate it call and say you need 5k for balance transfers........and then in six months ask for another 5k..........and so on.....after 10k they get stingy.......
