Sam, They have a rule that says you cannot be approved for more than 1 card in a 3-month period. They can waive it but that's the general rule. If you want the Blue, I'd say apply online (after you log on) in 3 months from now. If approved (you should be), you can either keep both or combine. The combine/convert strategy also works w/ Amex, though their limits may not be as high as Citi's. Saar
