well I'm brandly new here and have read alot and learned alot in just a couple days.

I'm self employed and was hurt a couple yrs back and have now runinto problems with creditors.
to top it off my insurance won't pay my medical so I now have alot more bills.

? 1 medical office sent me to a CA only 1 month after finding they were not getting paid by the isurance.
The ca sent a letter to my wife and demanded payment.
    Is there a violation here?

Thanks in advance looks like alot of help and info here. and on another note I see alot of concern over ID theft I have prepaid legal and with it I got ID theft. So at least one thing is going right.

Why won't your insurance pay your medical? Should the claims have been allowed under your contract?

they are claiming it was pre existing, their definition excludes any pain that you may have had in the 4 yrs prior, weather you have seen a DR. or not.
I've turned them over to my prepaid law firm and the state ins commish, kinda in a holding pattern on the medical except for the one office.

An insurance contract is no better than the good faith of company behind it. Lacking that, it is only a license to sue.
