I am planning on filing CH7, but is it too late to file under the old laws...I keep hearing on the new legislation to make it very hard for CH7 to be filed...does anyone know when the new legislation could go into effect, I read in the Wash Post that the house and senate are voting next week, and Bush is expected to sign it into law..if so..how long before it takes effect? I will be filing in about 2 months. Please advise.
