I have a new business setup with a corporation name. What are the requirements to get a credit card?

Do they ask my ssn to look at the personal credit report or do they ask for my corporation tax id and the corporation articles. This corporation is fairly new with no credit history. My corp. address and the home address is the same.
I have a personal providan and household cards and do they issue business cards?

    thanks

I checked the citibank, advanta and amex website; they all ask for social security number but the officmax is asking ein. So I was wondering do they look for social or ein? If they check my personal report with bk 3 years old, they may decline the card. If they check just the EIN, then my business may get the card. Any thoughts?
What is the best way to apply for a card in business name?
    thanks.
