Currently, Hooters of America has franchise opportunities in the following U.S. Territories:

Maine, Vermont, Wyoming, Montana, Oregon and Northern California*

Among the qualifications:

* A restaurant location with at least 100,000 - 150,000 people within a five-mile radius.


I know why Maine and Vermont do not qualify to host a franchise.
