I got in fine, George. Call CS. Actually strike that...after logging in, I tried clicking around and got some errors. I am able to view my accounts though. But when I try things like credit line increase, I get ...500 Internal Server Error The servlet named CBCreditLineIncrease at the requested URL....error. They must be doing some updating. -Peace, Dave
Got in using Netscape. Now I have a question. When you login, on the right side of your acct page, it says "Just for you LKH". In that box it says request a credit limit increase and get an instant response. Take your acct to its full potential. Is this telling me I will get one, or they will pull a hard one?
LKH, that is the link giving me the above error, so I can not tell you in the new system what it will do. Yesterday and previously, when I clicked that link it sent me to a form telling me to fill it out and a hard inquiry would be pulled...or exit and none will be pulled...I exited. -Peace, Dave
Can't access the site. Ugh!! I hate when this happens!! It's worse than being forced to change your password.
They must have heard me complaining. I just got in - it looks the same to me, once you get in. Verrrrrrrrry slow. Ooops! no, you can sort items on your statement now.
Re: They must have heard me Just tried it. Very slow. Will not let me pay my bill online anymore. I want the old one back.
Re: They must have heard me Maybe when they get it FIXED? you will be able to pay MORE than twice per month...
Re: They must have heard me NETSCAPE WON'T WORK IE SAYS------>"CAN'T FIND WEB PAGE" or some such words... I guess it needs lots of work...
Re: They must have heard me If you experience a delay, please try again later. We're upgrading the site and apologize for the inconvenience.
...JUST A VERY LONG DEAD TIME BETWEEN ENTERING CC# AND WHEN THEY SAY SOMETHING ABOUT USING THE WEB SITE!!!! WHAT WEB SITE???
I was able to get into the site this morning... noticed on the main screen there is a link for credit increase info.... figured it was safe to click on that. So I did and it brings you to a copy of the form they now want you to fill out... questions include employer, income, bank account info, etc.. then at the bottom it says you're authorizing them to pull a report. So I guess the days of clicking and not getting an inquiry are over. Ozzy.
I tried again this morning. Typed in my password and ID and pressed enter. I got a pop up screen that said to streamline the sign in process, all I had to do was to type in my password and ID. That is just stupid. I know how to sign in. It did not work today either. I'm glad my bill isn't due until last week. I want my old Citi web site back - the one that works.
That has always been there - that's the form you get if you don't get an automatic increase. We'll find out soon if they are still giving those, I guess.
