How is it illegal Hmmm, seems we've been over this one huh? But if you forgot, I'd be happy to tell you why it is illegal. First of all Floyd, the attempt to hide your poor credit history to obtain credit is considered fraud. The attempt to obtain a new identity through a new credit file to hide a crappy credit history is fraud. Actually obtaining credit under a different number than your social security number, when they DO ask for this specifically....is fraud. What do you not understand about this? SnakeMan
