About 10% FICO score comes from new credit(new account and inquiry).Does this mean people with excellent credit can still get more new credit ?though they have had a lot of new account in short period.10% score doesn't have big impact to these people.

NO. Normaly if you have more than 2 or 3 inquiries in the last 6 months this will stop you from getting further credit.

Obviously each creditor has there own criteria, and you can also ask for a review if you have a good reason for numerious inquiries.

Obviously a 27% Dept. Store would view 3 inquires better than a Wachovia Bank 4% Visa Gold Card application
