They recently began deleting my "Equifax - Disclosure" INQs. So my guess is I'm a member of the 365D club, not the 45D club. I'll know for sure in a few days. Saar
Do you mean a 365D and 45D member of their credit management programs? If not, please describe. Thanks, Raj
On my report, they are deleting from the bottom up. They are removing everything but AR and PRM on mine. They have removed 4 or 5 hards incurred since Jan 2002. My next hard is scheduled for deletion on August 4th, based on the 45D schedule, which is what happened with the other hards.

George, What is all this talk about Equifax removing inquiries . They are the ones that always say NO did the get a heart? Whaqt do I have to do.
No they've lost their minds. Flip through the last day or two worth of threads and you'll see several about EQ inquiries disappearing, EQ files being split. All sorts of stuff.
