I just logged onto equifax, and it's all new. I got lost there for a minute! I have a CW ???. I ordered it the other day, and whenever I log on, it gives me the report and score from that day. I can't get it updated everyday. I know there is a way. I pushed all the buttons yesterday, and got a new score as of yesterday, but can't seem to do it today, w/ the new site. shouldn't the new report and score come up everyday when I log on??
On your MyEquifax page right above the list of reports you have pulled, in the right column is a "Get a New One" link. Press it and you should be good to go.
I don't remember exactly where it was on the new page, but there is still a link to "get a new one". Click there and it will update your report and score. (if you still can't find it post again and I'll go back to EQ and find it for you.) DemPooches
I just called them. I was clicking on get a new one, and it was telling me I'm already subscribed to this service, and to call blah blah blah. Anyway, the guy said it's because it gets updated every 24 hrs, and I checked it last night at 5, so it's all the same info. He said to wait until 5, and it should work. What a rip-off! LOL
I like the new site layout, although I agree about the frequency of update thing. My credit score has remained the same the entire time I've subscribed to the service, wich is a little more than two weeks, yet I've paid off the entire balance of one card, and been issued a new card from a different company. I suppose Equifax is, to a certain extent, at the mercy of the OCs, since they need the information the OCs provide.
we you pull a report and wish to repull the same day you must view the score 1st and than you should be able to re-pull.
