    New FCRA!!!

    But if the insurer doesn't pay, the insured is responsible. Read the paperwork you sign at the doctor or hospital, as well as your insurance contract.

    New FCRA!!!

    The FCRA has nothing to do with your responsibility to pay a debt. If the insurer doesn't pay it, you are liable for it. If you don't pay it, they have every right to report it on your credit report.
