Anyone notice anything significant happening to their scores as of Jan 1, 2004? According to PG, my EQ score went up 9 points and my SO's went up, get this... 37 points...over night! The reports are EXACTLY the same as yesterday; I compared them very carefully. Anyone see anything they'd like to share along with a propsed reason?? :)

It could be due to an account aging. Maybe a cc hitting a one year, two year anniversary? Or it could be something negative is now considered a year older. Positive accounts aging another year can sometimes yield a score increase.

    Congrats on the point increase
Probably some accounts hit a age mark and you gained points.

I think its aging of accounts also ... I've checked my accounts closely in the past and noticed that at the beginning of the month sometimes I'll see a point or so increase to the report with nothing changing other than the tradeline are a month older.

I have a Cap. 1 account that when it hit 3 years yielded an 8 point increase on EX (all others being equal on EX)
