Hey there...just figured i'd post to say hello to all. i am a typical 26year old who has royally done a number on my credit as soon as creditors would give me a line of credit. I basically have nothing to show for it. I recently(about a year ago) purchased a home using my father as a co-signer and i am trying to do everything i can to improve my credit so that i can get my home in my name. I hope to learn alot here and hope that one day i can help "the new guy". haha. anyways, thanks guys! ~Dave
