i have been reading alot of the advice posted on your forum. now i need help!! recieved letter from law office regarding 5 yr.old Providian account in collect. i sent the validation letter 1 week ago. they have not responded however they sent a letter to my employer to verify i worked there. it's a small office so they know my money problems well. question is... do we reply to their letter or ignore it?
