New last name appears on TU

I just checked my TU report and noticed something really wierd. My name is list alright as "John DoeA", then it says "also Known as John DoeB".

I have never used "DoeB" as my lastname but it is stepdaughters' former last name. In addition, a medical collection from the OC that recently appeared which could explain the mystry. About a year ago when I just got married my wife must have taken my stepson to the doctor before the name was changed under my insurance. She did not pay the the entire bill and now says that when the bill arrived it had "John DoeB" on it (not my real name "DoeA" ) She decided not to pay hence its appearence on my CR.

I am more concerned about this John DoeB?
What is the best approach to these two issues?

I am thinking of first disputing my "John DoeB" name on my CR..see if it can get removed (which I believe will be tough, no?)
