Im not sure if Im understanding this one. I started a dispute with them on August 2nd. I just got this in the mail on Thursday, August 16th. It says that this:

    RESULTS OF YOUR INVESTIGATION:

We have reviewed your concerns and our conclusions are: INQUIRIES ARE A FACTUAL RECORD OF FILE ACCESS. SHOULD YOU HAVE REASON TO BELIEVE THIS INQUIRY WAS UNAUTHORIZED, PLEASE CONTACT THE CREDITOR DIRECTLY AND FOLLOW THEIR INTERNAL FRAUD PROCEDURES.

Now, I have no clue what they're talking about, BUT on the report itself, the credit cards that Ive disputed say CONSUMER DISPUTES-REINVESTIGATION IN PROCESS.

This DOES mean that they're still investigating what I disputed? I have no clue what they're talking about in regards to inquiries! Thank you!)

    Did you dispute an inquiry?

If not send them another notice and copy this statement. Tell them that this has nothing to do with your dispute, you now have 10 days left. Send CRRR.

    :)
