Today is my first day here, great forum. I am a mortgage broker and consequentially only know the basics such as dispute online/ rapid rescore. I have a credit profile of 523 XP/543 TU/ 670 EF (EF is not reporting several items) I have a large tax lien, 2 judgements, and 11 derog collections. All my derogs are 5 years old. I have no derogs within past 5 years as I have not used my credit at all in that time period. Although some credit collection agencies have purchased the debt and reported collections the last several years. I just did an online dispute for all my derogs(11) stating they do not belong to me. I did that for a friend of mine and his score jumped up 90 points+ in 2 weeks in an online dispute. When I get my results back, what should my next step be? Any feedback is appreciated. Thank you.
