Yep. I got one about 3 months ago. In fact, I dished out double the money to get a separate Visa and MC. It's fine... it does what it says. It cost me a couple of hundred bucks IIRC. I think it expires after 12 mos though, so you have to flop down the cash again. I didn't have any problems getting my cards. Once I applied, I think they arrived in 2-3 weeks.

I'd strongly suggest that you apply for National City secured or any card that will possibly graduate you after a prescribed time limit.
I just recieve one last month, they started reporting even before I actually had the card. The did not pull a hard inquiry, their fees were $94.00($59+$35).
Almost $100.00 for a secured card? No way I'd do that. You can get an unsecured Orchard and/or Household for those fees.
