They are definitely a legit bank. The talk show host Bruce Williams endorses them and is on the board for that bank. I had a card from them, never had a problem. They post your payments asap and make your credit available as soon as you pay unlike some others (DMB). I closed mine as I had no need for a secured card after my credit started to improve. They don't have unsecured cards as far as I know.
