I finally got my cards today! I changed over to the Optima Platinum with ease and got prime +4.99 no annual fee ,of course and I did not get a hassle. It was soo smooth, thanks guys for all the encouragement, I will be getting my card in the next 2 to 3 weeks. I am sooo excited! I even got my chase card too, its purrttyy! Cypri
Cypgirl, congrats! I'm confused, did you get your card, or will u get it in 2-3 weeks? Did you wait until you received your delta card before switching?
Amex switches your product line on the billing date. since mine its the 21st, thats when they'll send out new cards.. They send out the paperwork ahead of time however.
I decided to wait until I received the card. By the way Sam I agree, AMEX website could look alot better. The home pages are nice but the member account pages are weak. Cypri
