I applied for Sony Card back in 2000 and it was issued by Citibank. Last year, Sony decided to give it to Bank One for issuing the card. It is good card to have if you buy a lot of Sony stuff. I applied for a few Bank One/ First USA credit cards and it wasn't too tough for me. They pulled crfedit report from Experian where I live in Texas. I don't like to use their cards because they blocked anytime they like. So I don't use it reguarly. MBNA, Citibank, Discover let you use it as long as you paid them and they don't close your account anytime that they like. Juniper Bank closed their account anytime like Bank One/First USA. You cannot apply for it on-line because they just got it from Citi and they just converted current Citi Sony Card cardmembers. You can called them to ask whether they can apply over the phone or not.
