Well, the spelling is most impressive!

 

The spelling and grammar alone would keep me away!!

I think they're just trying to make us paranoid. They can't change the laws--two judgments for one debt??

 

Looks like they are selling all kinds of useful info that any real lender will already have. Isn't that what legal departments are for?

LOL, he's set up a message board. Get an anonymous email addy and you can get access and spam his board. It does appear to validate the email addy. I tried to sign up with a fake one.

I tried to join with a good email addy and a phony name and got rejected because info does not match. This may nbe a little more sophisticated than we give credit for.

This is not sophisticated at all. It looks like a 16 year old kid did it. There are ready made templates for websited like that all over the place. Anyone could have done this.
