Declined for account conversion. Wells Fargo checks EQ in CA. Score was 655 - my best score (as you can see below). Reason: Too many recent tradelines in past 12 months with outstanding balances. Guess it's time to pay the piper! (Funny, I thought that was the idea behind this card - oh well!) I'll try again in 6 months - it would become my favorite card with a BT rate AND purchase rate of only PRIME!
Wonder what score min they are looking for with this, maybe 750 min? I may apply once my last derog falls off in October!

Yeah, a great card if you have a banking relationship with Wells Fargo. I went to go apply for it, and because I don't have a "relationship" with them I don't qualify. Oh well . . .
prime + 0% (BT) for free because of the living will trust? Are you saying you do all purchases on those two cards then just bt them? Do creditors care if the only way they ever get paid is BTs? I guess they don't know who the check came from? I was thinking I need a card for miles.....I wondered if they really paid off in actual tickets.

The customer service number is: 800-642-4720. You might want to just give them a call and tell them that you'd like to apply, but don't have a current banking relationship with Wells Fargo. Would they transfer you to a representative who can take the application? I would think so.
