I sent a DV letter to an old credit card company, I had a few years ago.I didnt know you were not suppose to send them DV letters. So they responded with a print out with my middle name and acct #.The info on it was from 2007 and it said to please make your payment or it will be charged off. They did not tell me the DOFD etc, which seems would be more like 2005 to me.Is this enough info from them?Or can I request more, like app Signature,DOFD,copy of last payment. It just really seems like its been longer than what the info they sent me.Would I get any other info from them if I did a 623?

    Thanks in advance for advice

It's probably satisfactory. What's the DOFD on your credit reports? If the debt is from 2005 and that's when you last paid it, it could very well be out of SOL. Check what the SOL is in your state before doing anything else.
