    Hi Everyone!

If the SOL for open ended accounts is 3 years in the State I now live in and 4 years in the State all the original credit took place. If all of them are over 5 years old, does that mean I can't be sued for any of them? ( technically)

Are Open ended accounts CC's and such?

What if it went to collections? Is't that not open ended account since it's no longer revolving?

I have a hand full of collections from about 5 years ago. To know they will come of two years is great, but to know I'm passed the SOL to being sued or at least not having a judgment against me if they do sue and point that out.

    Any help at all...

    Thanks

    Sorry one more...

Is the SOL for the State you live or the State the debt was originally made?

    Thanks again
