I have already sent the collection agency a cease and desist letter asking them not to phone me but to contact me only my mail. You are saying now to ask the collection agency to prove the debt is mine and argue it with the credit bureau, say it isn't mine correct? I'm not questioning you just want to make sure I get it right and don't screw up. Thanks
