I just pulled my 3 credit bureau report from the credit service I am using and now a New Collection Account has appeared on my Experian report for 210 dollars for what I have no Idea. anyway my first question is : 1.how long should I wait between sending letters of Dispute I read somewhere on one site that says you should space them out and wait 90 days between dispute letters? 2. I have Federal and State Tax liens is the best way to dispute them is with the "I never owed those taxes" ? 3. Any Ideas how to dispute and get a chapter 13 removed? EXP 594 EQ 544 TU 568
