HI, I am fairly new to the board and I think its just great. I would never have known about alot of these things until I found this website. I filed bk7 in Dec. 98, discharged March 99. Most of my items on my credit report state "included in bankruptcy". The only items that are still somewhat negative is my student loan which is finally out of default and due to fall off my report in June and July and a state tax lien. Is there any hope for me. Please respond I am looking for various opinions, success or failure stories. Should bother disputing items? Thanks. Stacy
