Ok, got items I disputed back and have a couple of questions about some that came back verified. Providian and Sherman Acq. is the same thing so, do I send a validation letter to both of them requesting them to validate. How do I get an address for Sherman Acq, or should I get a ph. number? Next, this really pisses me off!!!!!!!!! JC Penney appears on my credit report 4 times and to make a long story short one got stolen in college and charged up so, JC Penney closed the card and sent me a new one. But, that same one is showing up on my credit report as in collections with JC Penny. Last, Merrick Bank is in collections and long gone. Can't think of an angle I could use against them? Oh, anyone has any luck with Child Support? Thanks in advance for advice and help. You guys are the best!!!!!!!!!!
