I have been reading the boards now for awhile and there is alot of good info. I have read alot of the post's on No permissible purpose credit inquiries. My situation is a little different and I am confused. I have a couple of inquiries on my credit report that I didn't authorize. From the same company I have a tradeline listed that I also never opened. I contacted the company about this and they said they would remove the tradeline. I have a letter from them stating this. Well that was almost 3 months ago, and the tradeline is still on my reports. Are there violations here and can I sue for anything?

BOC= Breach of Contract. Their letter says they would remove and they did not, that is breach of contract.
