   I have a question, I have several unpaid charge offs on my report. Some are showing as zero balance others are showing with a balance. Should'nt they all be zero balance?

   No, but it's possible that the accounts showing zero balance have been sold to a CA, look for the "sold or transfered" under those showing zero balance.
