*bump* in the forum means that either the original question wasn't answered (or a second or third opinion is desired) and they are bumping it up the list of active posts so that it isn't buried on the third, fourth, fifth, etc of posts. Technically, any post bumps a post back to the first page (well, I've seen exceptions, but usually, any post bumps the post back up).
