I have sent several dispute letters to the 3 bureaus. Can anyone tell me how long it takes for them to respond and if they ignore some requests. I sent CRRR about a week ago and am curious if I will even get a letter stating anything is under investigation. Thanks

Assuming you sent the letters certified mail / return recite requested, you should get a response to all of them. Usually you will get a letter in 1-2 weeks stating they are investigating. In general you will here back in writing in up to 5 weeks from when you mailed the letter. People like to quote the 30 day rule but it is a little more complex that that.

Time for letter to get from you to them---------------------5 days
Time to do dispute from date of green card----------------30 days
Time from dispute complete to mail you a letter-----------5 days
    Time to get letter---------------------------------------------5
    ---------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Total time-----------------------------------------------------45 days

When you mail a letter certified mail return recite requested, you get a green card back in the mail. This card has a date on it that lets you know when the party you mailed the item to, got the item. Keep these cards and a copy of original letters in case you need to go to court down the road.
