I used the following letter to change som personal information on my CR. I am pretty sure I found it on this site somewhere, but not sure who originally wrote it. ******* Date CRA Address City, State Zip I am writing because there is personal information on my credit report that is inaccurate, and I am requesting that it be removed from my credit report entirely. 1) I respectfully request that all previous addresses be removed as they are incorrect, and inaccurate. The ONLY address that is correct and should be listed is my current address of: (Insert Address you want reported her) 2) Please remove all other names from my report other than â??Name, as you want reportedâ?, as they are incorrect. 3) Please remove (phone number) from the TELEPHONE NUMBERS section, as this phone number is incorrect, and no longer current. 4) I am self employed and the Employer information is incorrect. 5) The drivers license number listed is incorrect.
