I disputed with the CRAs and it looks like several negative tradelines will be deleted. I am wondering what they need to justify reinsertion. I did not send validation letters to the CAs at the same time. If I send these validation letters now will it just encourage them to gather the needed info for re-insertion. Sorry to ask such a simple question I'm just unclear on when a TL can be reinserted.
I would not send any letters since the items came off your credit report. I think you may light the fire by sending letters at this time on the deleted items. Sounds like your first round went good.

Re: newbie wondering about reinsert If a CRA reinserts an item, they have to notify within 5 days. If they don't, it's a violation. They rarely do. If something gets reinserted, call the CRA and tell them that they didn't notify you within the 5 days, they have violated the FCRA, and must delete the TL or pay you $1000.
