I saw your post but it was so far back I decided to answer here. Briefly, I quit yesterday. My office was bought by someone else who was a male chauvinistic(sp?) pig.... I completed my interviewing today and I start my new position tomorrow. Thank God things worked out for me during this mortgage. It is the community center guys (from chat) roni
Oh, congratulations, girl. I will certainly pray that this position works out better for you. That's the great thing about having an education. It grants you options so you don't have to put up with crazy people. Not to say that crazy people aren't everywhere, but some of them are unbearable Carolyn
Thanks guys. I went into this field to work in Public Health. Community based dentistry you know. Well, I finally found a position which won't put ME on the poverty line doing it. I am blessed. roni
Wow! Roni wrote: >I finally found a position which won't put ME on the poverty line doing it. I am blessed. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ You *are* blessed to be comfortable with your salary AND be in public service. Good job looking out for yourself and congratulations. Marci
Re: Wow! That's too kewl Roni...I've always wanted to work in Public Health. I want to do mission trips to third world countries. I have a few dr friends that go once a year and I keep saying I'm going with them however I have myself so over extended right now. Christi
MPH I have considered going back to school for my MPH(masters in public health). But I am very tired of student loans...We'll see. roni
