nexcard joint owner HELP PLEASE I have a question?My daughter took out a nex card and put me on as joint owner in 2002 well she filed bk 7 in 2005.i was under bk 7 in 2002 my question is if i had applied on my own it wouldn't have been approved?now it's show up on my credit report i've not heard a word from them yet.what can i do just not try to get it off and hope for the best.My fear is this will go to a ca it only says charge off so it could have went somewhere
