When you purchase your credit score/scores using MYFICO.COM are these the same scores that a lender sees. Are these scores using "NEXT GENERATION"softwre. Thanks,Ritch

Ok, take your pick, no not all lenders are using what Myfico is selling (that is just one possiblility out of many different companies; then you still have to consider which exact model is being used.

There are even more then these out there to use.

Is that the one that has "NEW" reason codes like...

    TIME SINCE LAST BK...EXCESSIVE
    TIME SINCE LAST INQUIRY...EXCESSIVE
    LACK OF NEGATIVE ACCOUNTS
    EXCESSIVE INCOME
    TIME SINCE NEWEST MORTGAGE...EXCESSIVE
    LACK OF INQUIRES

    THEY GET BETTER...

    :)

Yea for each model they have their own reason codes forgot to mention.

Bankruptcy Model would be interesting to see, but I do know that this one is flipped form the other ones, it is the lowest score you want.
