Ok, this is still that entry that was "triplicated" on hubby's report.

Called 7/1 - rep said she saw it and they would be removed.

    7/3 - report showed 2 of the 3 removed.
7/4 - report showed 1 of the back, this time information missing like Coll agency name, account # the same, date opened the same, etc...balances different
7/5 - called..this rep said they wouldn't do anything unless we faxed in his driver's license, his ss#, and a letter. Claimed last rep requested that...no.

So, credit gurus, what would you do next? Your help most appreciated!

How does the ss#, driver's license and a letter PROVE that the account are DUPLICATE/TRIPLICATE (with-out them...they are NOT duplicate/triplicate???

How much are they going to pay you to do their work for them???

    NanaC,

I had wonderful response from Robin Holland @ Equifax. In fact, she is now onboard and going after the legitimacy of Medclr.

She can be emailed at Robin.Holland@Equifax.com. She is the VP of Consumer Relations and she is an absolute sweetheart and so is the girl who works with her, Vicki Banks. Vicki deleted the 90 day late notations on Medclr while I was on the phone with her. Within a minute of my phone call to her, I ran another Eq and they were gone!

    Give them a try.

    Good luck!
