    Hey guys,

I'm dealing with a few baddies that remain on my EXP report. I've disputed and requested procedures, all to no avail; they won't provide the procedural info.

Where do I go from here? An intent to sue letter? How should it be worded? Does anyone have a sample letter that they've used with a CRA after the procedural request letter didn't work?

Also, can anyone direct me to the thread on the 30 day repair cleanup on this board? I've read it before but have somehow lost it's place on CreditNet.

Thanks in advance for the help/advice.

Did they reply with some generic info or did they not reply at all?

They responded with the generic "Already investigated" BS. I think it's time to play hardball. I just don't know where to begin.

Either bump the communications up to management level (if you can find a contact) or start threatening governing agency complaints or to sue.

I would ask for the procedures a few more times for a paper trail tho.
