I sent a request to all 3 CRAs disputing some items along with requesting 3 hard inquiries be removed being the request was completed without my permission. The 30-days is nearly up since they received it (according to CRRR) and I received a letter from Equifax stating the inquiries could not be validated, therefore were removed and sent a copy of my new report along with the cover letter stating their investigation was complete. Although nothing was mentioned about the other disputed accounts. And, on the new credit report each questioned account had a statement "consumer disputes, being investigated." As soon as the 30-days is up (Monday) do I send another letter CRRR stating these questioned items need to be deleted being their investigation was not completed within the 30-days?
dude, i want a copy of the letter you sent. they actually investigated a hard inquiry and deleted it?
