I am not sure. I never got the investigation response, how long should I wait for it? How can I do a procedure request when I have not even received a response from them? They have not even sent me a "frivalous investigation" letter. I want to send the procedure request letter, then the intent to file letter and then file the actual lawsuit. I did printout the investigation, I know they did receive it because they added a consumer statement that wasn't mine. And they updated asset as in dispute. Please help me!!!!! I need some answers. I think I know what to do but how long do I wait?
Depending upon how long it has been, try the pbm letter here on the forum. If it has been over thirty days since the request for investigation, go to this link: http://consumers.creditnet.com/straighttalk/board/showthread.php?s=&pgnum=1&postid=85493#post85493 fil in the blanks and send it. Forward any hardcopy of the original request for investigation and show them that the 30 days are up. If they claim that the sent it, you will strongly state that you did noit, if not CRRR, you never got it. If that does not work, get ready to sue them in small claims court. Go Get 'em! ed
