    I recently received the CRRR cards back from 3 CAs that I sent validation letters to. Do I wait 30 days until I send a dispute to CRAs or do I send CRAS letters immediately? Also, can someone refer me to the type of letter I should send to CRA? thanks.

    Thank you. I've been looking in the sample letters but can't seem to find one that's right for me. Can someone direct me to a "not mine" dispute for CRAs? thanks in advance for all the help.

    I've disputed with CRAs and today sent 2nd dispute to CAs. What do I do after the 15 days that I have given them now to respond?

    thanks!!!

    Thanks, is this the same as the cease and desist letters found in the sample letter? I was just notified that I have received my CRRR cards back from the 2nd validation letter. Should I immediately send them an ITS letter or wait 15 more days?

    thanks!

    ============
    1*No.It'a a letter from you to them that you are going to sue them.
    0*Now you need to dispute with the CRA
    2*Have you sent the CR the estoppel letter 30 days after they got your Val. L.
    The 15 days is after they got estoppel.

    Ok, so do I understand this right?

    I send CA a validation letter.
    30 days later I send estoppel.
    15 days later I send ITS.

    thanks!

    Before you send an estoppel letter, read this thread. You want to make it fairly simple. Then you go on to the ITS (Intent to Sue).
