I applied and was approved for the horizon next card with a 1500 limit and a 22 percent apr.I declined the balance transfer options. The card has no annual fee but I am not interested in a card with a 22%apr, the highest apr I have is 16.9 with providian and my other two cards are lower.Has anyone had any luck in getting a lower apr from them before you used the card. Im gonna cancel if they dont lower the terms.
