$3300 credit limit with $3000 balance transfers. Transfered balances from Providian and Aspire. Owed $1100 on Aspire at %30. I am closing the Aspire if they don't lower the apr. Maybe I'm on my way... Happy day! chet

I have a bankruptcy from 1992, but have had good credit since then - about 15 positive tradelines!). The bk still appears on my credit report. If you go to their website (nextcard.com) they have an option to chat live with a customer service rep, and I asked her if they might approve with a bk and she said as long as it was over 7 years old. chet
RE: Nextcard - approved online If it's a Chapter 13 BK and it's over 7 years old, you don't even have to tell them that you filed in the first place -- it's no longer on your credit histories ...
