I signed up for the Nextcard creditexpert about 6 months ago. It worked fine until about two weeks ago, then quit working. They have their own web site for Nextcard customers. My password and ID will not work on the regular CE site. CE's solution is to cancel the Nextcard service and sign up directly with them (that is, pay again). When I originally signed up, I thought that what was I was doing. Nextcards tech people say there is a way to get in but it is too technical for them and they don't understand how to do it. Anyone know how to solve this? I did send an email to the CE tech people a couple weeks ago, but they never responded.
You have to love these people. I called Nextcard CE again, hoping to get someone intelligent. She told me they are the same people as CE. They handle all the calls for both Nextcard and for the regular CE. The Nextcard people told me they are totally different - they just both use EX data, but no connection otherwise. Bottom line is they don't have a clue on how to get on the web site. I asked for a refund. Was told I had to do it within 30 days. It does not matter that it does not work anymore. I am not impressed with CE.
